Terms governing use of the Infrastructure Observatory website and training services.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://infrastructureobservatory.digital (the “Site”) and your engagement with Infrastructure Observatory (“we”, “us”) for technical analysis training and multi-timeframe chart review sessions.
Acceptance
By using the Site or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request sessions.
Educational nature of services
Our lessons teach chart-reading methods. They are educational. We do not provide personal financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), do not manage trading accounts, and do not guarantee trading outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and fees
Session fees are described on the Rates page and confirmed on invoice. Informational prices on the Site are not an offer of online checkout. Payment instructions appear on the invoice. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
Intellectual property
Site content, curriculum outlines, checklists, and session notes we author remain our intellectual property. You may keep notes from your own sessions for personal use. You may not reproduce clinic materials for commercial teaching without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive form messages). We may refuse service where conduct interferes with other clients or staff safety.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or from trading decisions you make after training. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supply of the training service or payment of the cost of re-supply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
