About
A North Sydney practice devoted to technical analysis training through careful multi-timeframe chart review.
Why we exist
Infrastructure Observatory began as a quiet desk practice for traders who were tired of chasing indicators without a higher-timeframe map. The name reflects what we study: the market’s structure — ranges, breaks, and retests — observed across more than one clock.
We teach technical analysis as a craft of reading price. Multi-timeframe chart review is the core drill: write the bias on the larger chart before you negotiate with the smaller one.
Where we work
Sessions run from Level 15, 100 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, overlooking a stretch of harbour weather that often matches the mood of a slow chart day. Video sessions use the same review sequence with shared screens.
Who leads the reviews
Eleanor Voss — session lead. Eleanor spent twelve years as a discretionary FX and index trader before shifting full-time into teaching chart structure. She holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) Level II designation and teaches the multi-timeframe sequence used in every lesson.
Jonah Reed — clinic facilitator. Jonah co-runs Saturday group clinics and prepares annotated examples for Field Notes. He previously worked on an ASX prop desk where morning briefs always began with the weekly chart.
How we work with clients
We do not sell alerts or copy-trading. You bring instruments; we bring a repeatable review order and honest pushback when a lower-timeframe setup contradicts the higher-timeframe map. Notes are yours to keep. Advice stays educational: we do not manage accounts or recommend specific brokers.
Values that show up on the chart
- Sequence before speed — bias first, entry last.
- Written rules — if it is not on the brief, it is not the plan.
- Local honesty — Australian session hours, ASX and regional FX quirks included when relevant.
- No theatre — no countdown urgency, no “hot levels of the day” marketing.
If that approach matches how you want to train, request a session.
